The company provides training and establishes systems to assist all personnel to achieve the standards that are required. When a customer complains, we are committed to investigating the complaint and will do our best to determine all the complaints are objectively justified.
Our Quality Policy is to be reviewed by the top management of the company at least annually to make sure that its principles are being considered and implemented by all the staff and to ensure the achievement of aims in order to assure the service quality of the company.
